I got the VBOX Cat's Eye DTA-150 ATSC Terrestrial HDTV Receiver PCI card. I works perfectly with an outdoor antenna and Sage TV 5.

I used sage tv to record hd tv and then use nero 7 to burn them on DVD. The results are great!
