I have mixed feelings because you can never truly know what the PSU has been put through. The X Series is a very high-end series, but some people buy those kind of PSUs because of the way they are planning on using their computer. However, due to being such a good PSU, there's also the chance that it may still be as good as new.

Although for about the same price, you can get a brand new high-end PSU that will have more power than your current system will ever need. So I'm wondering: will you ever have more than one 7970?

I didnt think that I will have more than 1 7970 but I think to switch psu because I thought that my Mushkin psu may be made by ToPower which is crap.In my country the best I can get at 90usd is Cooler Master GX750W which I learnt is not so good. The best psu in my local store is Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold which retailed at 250usd new.Thats why I'm considering the Seasonic.

If you're in the US, a good alternative to that used X-760 would be Rosewill's 80-PLUS Platinum-rated Fortress 650w, which is currently $90 after $30 MIR...

I think that's a pretty good deal for a good PSU. Should handle a decent rig for a while.
But as TwoCables stated, hard to say what it has been put through. Make sure you get the receipt for the warranty.

I dont think that Rosewill psu is available in my state as they already hard to find even at popular computer selling places because I live in Malaysia.

You're not going to be able to get anything Rosewill in Malaysia, as it's essentially Newegg's "house brand".

There is a shop selling the Rosewill psu but the thread is old so I dont expect them to have stock for time being.

Yeah, for that price, I would get the used X-760 because you won't be able to beat what you'd get for that price. Even used, it should still be way better than the Mushkin unit you're stuck with right now.
