What does this error mean, and what are some reccomendations?

you are unstable lower your overclock or up the vcore slightly

It could be CPU or memory. What test were you running?

Blend test. I don't think it's ram because I have my ram running at around 200mhz like it's supposed to.

just watch your temps when upping the vcore

Yup. My temp when overclocked 600mhz is at 31C when Idle, around 36 when loaded. Pretty good for stock cooling, eh? I'm lucky. :-D

very nice temps im getting 55 loaded on stock cooling luckily my zalman 9500 has arrived so i should see some better temps
