I'd take Senn over Corsair. One has been exclusively doing audio since the late 40s (and is world renowned for it), the other makes cases and fans, and started making headsets in the last few years.
As for the soundcard, the titanium is a fair bit better in every single way:
Better DAC resolution (192khz vs. 96khz), better SNR, and (slightly) better frequency response.
While the frequency response won't really be noticeable, as the differences are in ranges that headphones can't reproduce (or anyone can hear), the difference in DAC quality when on headphones is pretty big (the SNR is debatable).
The only 'advantage' of the Zx is the maximum volume, which when on headphones is 0.7Vrms higher than the Titanium HD. However, it's kind of pointless as you'll never use maximum volume (I use 20%). In theory it would be noticeable if you had some headset with some insane impedance rating, However, even the PC350 is only rated at 150OHMs, where as the Titanium HD's maximum Vrms is rated on a 330OHMS setup.
