IT RECOGNIZES both cards, it will say GTX 680 (x2) but the score is cut in half, as if its only one card... and all my FPS in all different games are always the same whether I have SLI enabled or disabled.(أساسيات SEO)

How can I tell if theres something wrong with my CPU ? I did have it overclocked in the past when it might not have been stable for some time.. I did video rendering on a possibly unstable clock. but then I overclocked the CPU to 4.5 and ran prime 95 for 14 hours with no problems. I have also tried resetting the clock back to stock and still had the same SLI issue..... Galaxy tech pointed out that the benchmarks werent showing the information such as clock frequency in the 3dmark11 test results... as if the hardware wasnt recognizes or something you can see the test results for yourself here:

Here is a test with both cards in SLI:

And here are each card by themselves tested 3 times each:

Card1 Test1: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6101689

Card1 Test2: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6102161

Card1 Test3: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6102219

Card2 Test1: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6113417

Card2 Test2: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6113463

Card2 Test3: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6113496
Galaxy Tech has suggested calling both the manufacturers of my RAM and my CPU to see what the problem is.
May be you have replaced everything besides the cards.

Do you think both my graphics cards are messed up? I know it isnt totally impossible but it does seem kind of odd that that would happen.

Hello

Maybe try inserting your SLI bridge on the slot to the right circled in red below.
