Updating BIOS with .BIN file?

Thread Starter
I want to update my BIOS in my M2N SLI Deluxe, so I load the update onto a flash drive (FAT32) and I boot to it, and it says
Code:
Please remove other media
Press any key to continue

Everything I have is disconnected (hard drives, disc drives)

I found this: http://support.asus.com/Documents/detail.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&m=M2N-SLI%20Deluxe&s=24&hashedid=GKRBz6QxQEWm2W58&os=&no=1704

But I don't have the install CD. I'm lost. Any help?

So that's the file I put on the flash drive and boot from? And I type that and rename it after it boots?
The file I downloaded was the update from the ASUS site, update 5004
