Hello all I'm building around a athlon II X4 750K (fm2 socket) I chose the MSI FM2-A55-E33 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130661) I chose it because it had all I needed, cheap price, nice 4-1vrm ( as you all know that's PLENTY to over clock my CPU lol plus I got 4 case fans blowing on it and 1 huge 140mm blowing air out the back) but I soon realized I can not change the CPU voltage its locked. (Total bullshark) so is there anyway around this? I whanna get this baby up to 4.2ghz max but I can't even do that?

Could try ctrl + F1 to unlock the BIOS or flash a new version. Still, as a low end board, you get what you get.
If you do get the right board, though, I'd say more than 4.2 would be possible.

Its a 4-1 powerphase which is better than most boards so I consider it a "alright board" specially considering Im also buying vrm heatsinks I think I could probably get up to 4.5 thanks for the tip smile.gif
