No. I just turned HT off and set my CPU to 4.2ghz, 72.5fps in the same spot. I even put my resolution to 2560x1440 to be directly comparable.

Wow. I'm blind. And i'm also mad. What the hell are you getting 15 more fps for then? What am I doing wrong?

I just figured out how to do that game profile thing too and my fps is the same.

Set power mode to prefer highest performance in the Nvidia control panel for Skyrim, and set windows to high performance mode, see if it helps.

Did both, neither worked.

Next best bet is to re-install drivers but make sure to select clean install. Are you using 314.22?

You could make a meme out of this guy..
"50 fps, better RMA"

In all seriousness, you should definitly RMA it..

K, I will reinstall the drivers. Yes, I had 314.22 btw.

And Deluxe, im not mad im getting 50 fps, as I can play happily with 30, and by the time im done modding skyrim I usually am playing at 30. Im mad im not getting what I payed for. I may have to RMA at this rate but I just want to try everything I can first.
