Nah. They already tightened requirements on replacing equipment damaged by faulty PSUs, so I can't imagine them getting upset by having this posted. If it becomes frequent then they won't send out whole new cases anymore. Sending out replacement parts should be enough, anyway.

I still think it's awesome of them.

My case did come with MINOR scratches, they went above and beyond. ^.^

Just kidding - we replaced your case because it had scratches on the paint and the window. Everybody who buys a Corsair case should get a new-out-of-the-box chassis and not a potential RMA or refurb or case with poor quality control.

Havent had any issues with any of my Corsair products, but this is a phenomenal attitude towards customer service thumb.gif

This thread is why I will buy Corsair at the next chance I get.

To all other companies who do not place this kind of value on customer service and quality control, please take note. That stuff gets out, and people love it.
