Heres a decent rig..I would just hang the rad on the back of your case...

CPU Block..fstfrddy here on the Forum makes a killer one.....Stinger WB

Pump...... Danger Den :: Pumps :: Danger Den DDC-12V

Rad.. This is a killer one..Danger Den :: Radiators :: Black Ice Series :: GTX Xtreme Series :: Black Ice GTX240

This is good but not as and is cheaper.....Danger Den :: Radiators :: Black Ice Series :: GTS Stealth Radiator :: Stealth GTS 240 Black Ice

Rad-Box........ Swiftech MCB-120 Black 120mm Radbox Kit

Tubing...Use this with 1/2" fittings..It's easier to route around in your case and work with and flows about as well.....Danger Den :: Tubing :: Tubing and Clamps :: 7/16" ID (5/8" OD) Masterkleer General Purpose Clear PVC Tubing

Clamps...Use automotive type or Zip-Ties or whatever....

Read those two guides for starters. You need blocks (CPU and/or GPU), a reservoir, pump (strength depends on your setup), radiator (size depends on the setup you plan to do), tubing ( tube diameter is somewhat important) and clamps, and coolant (distilled water or any other additive/coolant).
Yesterday I finally finished my WC setup (took three months... I'm lazy). I have CPU/GPU blocks, a dual 120mm radiator, reservoir, pump, 3/8" tubing (1/2' was too much of a pain to route inside my case), and use some non-conductive coolant (I'm paranoid).
