Corsair H100i Mod question

Thread Starter
Hi Guys,

I'll get straight to the point, is it possible to remove the H100i's stock 240mm radiator and replace it with a 360mm radiator (specifically an EK CoolStream 360 XT)?

Sorry if it's a stupid question but I want to move to liquid cooling and I have enough space for a 360mm in the case in a push/pull config, so I want to take advantage of it.

Thanks.

You already have the H100i and want to modify it, or you are thinking about getting one?

If you don’t have it already, that is not the right way to go. The H100i is a good unit for cooling your cpu only but the pump is specifically designed to be used with a stock setup. You would also void your warranty by changing the rad.

That said, I have heard of people moding it, but here is the thread you would want to ask about it:

If you don’t have the H100i already you would want to go with the new H220 from Swiftech since that is designed to be expanded and modified. Or if you can afford it, simply go with custom water.

Welcome to ocn by the way.
