and i don't know how the game story goes, cause not on SGC or THQ site are the info available for that. the mutations where only human kind known (probably to the animals too). the history ain't scary, just that it was a big disaster and that half of europe had radiation (yeah that big ). etc etc blah blah blah... that why i like this game. it's a difference version of how the disaster could have happend.

btw did you know, that the guy who have caused the explosion of the reactor survided and had become 80 years old why the rest died.... jeezz that's one hard********
My friend, there was no nuclear explosion there. Just a meltdown and "regular" explosion. Regular explosions aren't usually that deadly. Unless it happens to be in the core of a nuclear reactor.

I dunno bout you, but I find half a continent dosed with radiation pretty scary. Have you ever seen any of the genetic mutations in the children/babies that lived near there?

No problem with a different version...I'm into the "what if's" of history like you...It looks like a great game!

They need to have great music/ambience though...It's one of the things that made HL2 so great

yeah i have seen them. but try to look them up... hard to find, REALLY hard. that's like finding imprisoned jews pics from 1941/1945.... they are all been deleted from history and internet. the core did explode (dunno if that's called an nuclear explosion). but yeah half of europe did got radiation from chernobyl disaster.... only europe got an mild radiation facot compared to the chernobyl and area's around it.... it got tottaly evacuated

about HL2, that's correct. cause i don't understand why people do like HL2 about it's engine cause i see many flaws etc... but because of the music the ambience so GREAT ! (crappy thing is that when you have to 'load' the music instanly stops )
