AA 16xQ

AAX0 AVG 82.46

A GTX 680 barely out pacing a mild overclocked 7950 Boost Edition thumb.gif

And Nvidias 16xAA is awful and isn't true 16x.... It more like a glorified 4xMSAA as it doesn't take the required samples per pixel for it to be even be classed anywhere near 16xMSAA

Edit. GTX 680 = 82.46 vs HD 7950 = 67.425 so that's 22.3 % difference. I would not say that GTX 680 outperform just barely.

7950 is faster with AA enabled, that 680 took over a 30% hit from turning on AA.

And that 680 has a higher OC then my 7950 does thumb.gif

Could you run crysis with AA=8X ?

I'm getting AVG 68.63 FPS with AAX8 so no HD 7950 isn't faster than GTX 680. eh-smiley.gif

I'll benchmark mine later with 8xMSAA and with 1.1Ghz core speed.
