Okies lets see here..

3770k 4.8ghz stable, Can boot at 5.4 but has heat issues (Hasn't been delidded)
4 7970s with Koolance waterblocks (all are referance with serial based warranties, all hit 1250 with a slight voltage bump) HIs, Asus and 2 MSI
Z77 Sabertooth fresh from warranty still in box.

Not sure if i want to sell the gear, Just wondering what it's worth, I love my quadfire (On a differant board) But i sort of want to try titan: just because.

I would say cut about 30% of the lowest price you can find for them new, usually around there you would be in price smile.gif
Not completely sure on your Australian prices as I am from Norway, but around 30% of lowest new price is where I usually price my self with newer hardware and getting it sold!

3770k $290
Reference 7970 $330 each (probably would be easier to sell if you put the old cooler back on)
with block $380-410 (kinda hard to price at this point)
z77 sabertooth $190 if unopened $160 if it is opened

You would probably be better off moving the 3770k on ebay and everything else here. Overall probably looking at about $1750-1800 usd (1700 aud)

These are based on U.S. prices... I know in Australia stuff can get crazy pricey, so I am not sure on that.
