Thank you! I really appreciate all that. I'm worried that none of those will fit with my ram. Only one that might is the zalman I just need to know how wide it is with the heat sink surrounding the fan.

I do have a corsair h60 I thought about using I have been just trying to stay clear of modding my case if I don't have to.

It really is quite small. 105x121x44 high; 58mm high with fan. Did you look at the measurements?

I just measured best I could. Looks like I have 101mm until the north bridge is in the way. Its hard to tell if it would fit or not. I'd hate to buy it and have it not fit.
All I know is it's not very big. 58mm tall with heatsink offset on bottom toward hand. biggrin.gif

I don't see height being the issue. It's the darn north bridge and ram that is just so close.

The motherbaord I have is this M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3

I'm afraid the Thermalright AXP-100 is just not going to fit.

I wish something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 was a bit shorter or if the ZALMAN CNPS8900 Extreme 110mm Ultra Quiet Slim CPU Cooler would have better information on the exact width/length of it.

oh boy, I'm thinking my best bet is to go with my H60 and mod the case, everything just looks so darn big.

You really need to measure your motherboard! As far as I can see there should be no problems fitting most normal coolers on your motherboard. I see no reason the AXP-100 won't fit but I cannot measure it to say for sure. You have to measure it. Center of CPU each direction.. to RAM; to GPU; etc.

And measure how tall your heatsink is too .
