@JOHNNYS: who said I was putting cash into it? I just want to know what to do with the parts.

@Korn: I'd need to BUY a new battery for that, which isn't worth it.
What are you going to do with the LCD screen? I'd love to hear a cool idea, I have some junker laptops around here..

ya, if you plug it in...you don't need a battery.

No No. The comp can post. The battery starts getting buggy about 5 minutes of being on then the screen goes blank and all the lights on the laptop are flashing and I have to hold the button down 3 minutes for it to go off.

BTW, I have it plugged in... Doesn't make a difference.

get it online, hooked up via logmein.com or the like and then take your screen off of it. it doesnt need a screen to run and you could control it from any ofther pc as long as its online... i have many towers running solo like this..

just leave it plugged in as others have said.. most laptops can run without a battery installed at all...

Kamakazi and I are in a secret alliance lol. I'll post more when I either get another LCD or rip the T22 one out.

How will the LCD interfacing with your PC? You need a LCD Controller and those cost around $200-400.
Once again...
