Corsair H110 V.S. Similar Custom Unit

Ok, FIRST of all i'll explain my goal and what i'm looking to do.

I will be swapping to a C70 case, with my current Complete internals. I will be using Bitfenix 140mm Spectre Pro PWMs on either setup x2 in Pull Configuration. I will use a spacer between the Rad and Fans either Custom, or premade from frozen cpu or similar. 10mm is probably about what i'll use. My Cpu is currently, and 90% chance to stay at 4.6 in turbo mode. Memory is not Oc'd, IF I decide to clock higher, it would not go past 5.0ghz +/- a few MHz due to multipliers. I'm 95% chance if not higher I will not put my 7970(s) under water, (planning to get a second one soon.)

The real debate is, is the extra 100 $ for the customer unit really worth it?

Choice (1)
Corsair's H110, no I do not want a 100i, I currently own a regular h100, though it's a great unit, I'm OCD to fully utilize the radiator mounting point given to me, and by doing so helps seal for positive pressure. but that's irrelevant. I dont' want Corsair Link, or any controllers other than the MOBO.

Choice (2)
XSPC EX280 Dual 140mm Low Profile Split Fin Radiator 70$
Swiftech Apogee Drive II Pump & CPU Waterblock Combo - Sockets 2011 (APD2-2011) 145$\
Plus Water hoses.
I will NOT be using a reservoir. I would create my own sealed system, because my future 3 5.25" bays that the C70 comes with will be used to adapt another 120mm fan. and I prefer the all in one pump for compactness instead of a separate pump and cpu block.

if not he XSPC rad, something similar that I can fit with spacers in the spare I'll have.

So, the REAL question is, is it worth it to spend $100+? I appreciate all factual and backed help. not some theory cuz it's custom it's better.

Thanks everyone who reads. I look forward to your insights.

They are nowhere near what Bitfenix claim the fans are rated at

They are also very loud in fact Tator Tot says the Bitfenix Spectre Pro fans are some of the worst fans he has seen and tested

I also had the Spectre Pro´s in 120 and 140mm got rid of them when i found out how crappy nad loud they are and i will be replacing my 200mm Spectre Pro fans as well

h220 will be coming out in a few different sizes. they're releasing a 360mm model in the near future and the 140mm/280mm models in the future. I would think it'll save you a few bucks if you can afford to wait.

hrmm. if swiftech releases a 280mm sometime soon I may wait for that.. thanks EZ.

Shilka, that's weird, I read the Spectre / Pro review to be awesome.. but only found 1 actual review of the PWM version, and they didn' like the Pro edition, but loved the regular spectre edition. I currently have 2 120's and the 200mm in my 650d, and the corsair H100 fans are louder... so it's strange to me that it's so loud for you ?

either way, I can talk about fans later on, Any other opinions on wether I should go A.I.O or Custom? wether it be swiftech 280 (if released) or H110?
