Ha, I still have my 10 year old Compaq, fully working. 150W PSU, Pentium 133mhz, 54mb ram, 2.5gigs hd, 14inch crt, cd drive, 2mb gfx card, 28kbps modem + 33kbps modem, sound blaster live (I think). cost about $1500.

I have mine too, It is 13 years old, Paid 2300, My dad went up to new hampshire to save on taxes haha! I was 3 when we got it, I thought I was badass when my gaming consisted of: Some Tonka Truck game, Some Crayola Crayon game and loadrunner!

Yup.

Graphics card's clock speed is not equal to CPU clock speed. GPU clocks to clocks are not even fair. My X1900XT is 150mhz faster than a 8800GTX, but about 2.1x slower preformance wise. BUT, your GPU could kick that CPU's arse.

Yea I really don't get the GPU vs. CPU clock thing. I guess its the OPs per Cycle or something.

Can't wait till like another year or so, when we see like e6300 like processors on our graphics card
