Regular GPU?

Thread Starter
1st of all, I definitely didn't want to make a thread for a just a simple question but I couldn't find any info on this card - not here within the forums or online using google or anything else.

Now as far as the card itself, does anyone know what kind of card this is? Model number or anything about it?

Looks to be selling for cheap, but no info is included. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
