haha touche. I guess i missed that part. But yea i would go for the 1800gto instead of the 1950pro unless you plan on keeping it until dx10 has been out for quite a while.

dx 9 cards can be used all the way though 2007 but when 2008 a gets here all games wil;l be made for dx 10 cards

Thats a great card for the price! You could easily play CSS max everything at well over 100fps constant.
