I have 3 Phobya Nano G-12's hooked up to my CPU header using a Phobya 3 way PWM splitter and they run as sweet as a nut.

A TY-143 is the power equivalent of about 3 normal fans, so that is why they recommend you using a 12v molex adapter to power multiple fans.

No, the OP specified 120mm fans. The TY-143 is not even 120mm, much less a typical case fan. Again, you're just trying to show off your knowledge in a way that is not relevant to the OP's question.

I jumped on you for giving bad advice. Accept it and move on.

I used to run a fan header to molex adapter because i used to have a computer with a power supply with no molex on it. I had like 3 80 mm case fans hooked up, and a blue cold cathode tube lol.

And this was running off a single fan header on a dell motherboard lolol.

No, my advice is just fine, given the OP's actual post. You just wanted to post about the power draw of TY-143's because you happen to own them, and want to show off your knowledge about how they draw more power than your average 0.2a fan. TY-143s have nothing to do with 120mm case fans. Accept it and move on.

to the op, unless you are running a delta 5000 rpm fan you can use 1 fan header for 2 fans...

some people don't understand wattage's and most fans only pull .3 watts

im gonna correct myself i should have said .3 ~ .4 amps and that's 4~5 watts...
