My SAPPHIRE 7950 Overclocking Results

My exact card: http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=AT-7950BST

I think I've found some nice numbers that seem stable. Increasing them by 25 results in some minor artifacts, with increasing by 50 adding even more.

My overclocking was done with SAPPHIRE TRIXX, with temperature monitoring via MSI Afterburner.

Stock:
- GPU: 925
- Memory: 1250
- VDDC: 1250
- BPL: 0

Overclocked:
- GPU: 1150
- Memory: 1600
- VDDC: 1250
- BPL: 20

One thing to note is that I've only been using Unigine Tropics Demo v1.3 as my test program, and I plan on doing tests with others soon.

My Tropics settings:

Results:
- Stock: 95.5FPS
- OC: 123.4FPS
- Difference: 1.3x/+29.2%

The max temperature that I saw was 76C, which I think is fine.

I'm 30 minutes into a Kombustor burn-in. The max temps were 84C early on, which were a bit high, so I took my case's side panel off. The temperature has now been at 80C for most of the test, with an occasional dip to 79C. The card's fans are only running at 74% (auto). I'll let it run for 30 more minutes. I'll also probably leave the side panel off, since there isn't much harm in doing that.

Overall, I feel pretty comfortable with these overclocked settings.

I benched my wifes Sapphire 7950 I bought for FFXIV, and have managed to get 1200 Core and 1575 Memory.

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6422021

Probably could have scored higher if I oc'ed the cpu more, didn't think about it.

I wouldn't say "gaming", more like.. MMO'ing. Like, WoW, FFXI, and now FFXIV. She played Skyrim abit, but she sticks to MMO's.

Sorry to revive this old-ish thread, but I just noticed that my overclock settings don't seem to be doing much... I'm not sure how long things have been like this, since I'm pretty positive that they've worked in the past.
