I wanted to make it perfectly clear that people who had BYE in front of their names have actually been dropped from the tournament for skipping a round, I might take a run through the reports so far and change all the claimed forfeit losers to BYE status as well. People who stay in this are going to need to stay active. Also, remember to hold your matches at the rounds I've told you to so that we have content for the stream.

So because I couldn't get in touch with "mathies" I'm out of the brackets? Would appreciate it if someone would explain to me why I'm just "kicked" from the tournament after all the effort to keep up with it.. What did I miss..? I had no intention of skipping any rounds and repeatedly tried to contact mathies when he was online as little as he was. I must be missing something obvious but please do explain to me why.

If you couldn't contact someone you should have claimed a forfeit win once the deadline past. The 'BYE's that I assigned were done simply to get the tournament moving forward and were not free victories for unplayed matches (as many people assumed and had even gone so far as to play opponents who had never submitted a match report for round 1). They were our equivalent of double forfeits for breaking deadline.

In general at this stage if a player can't keep up the pace of playing and reporting they can't stay in the tournament. Everything was outlined in the email I sent to all Round of 64 participants and we're simply not interested in incurring additional delays due to players who aren't up to par with keeping the timeline, as it's not fair to the players who are. We don't want a repeat of the group stage where we wait around an extra half week for players who may never get back to us.

Hi. i wasn't able to get in contact to FXO Sirrobin by 5/08, which was the due date- I believe that gives me Forfeit win.

On 5/09, which I should have reported, I wasn't able to report due to lan which I attended a lan until 4:00 AM.

I'd like to say that I'm perfectly active in tournament and I do believe round 2 is due on 5/10, which is today.

Let me know what has to happen from here.

Well, its 12am EST. I have been waiting for Trogdor for several hours now, but he hasn't been online today.

We are match #69 in losers bracket... I'm not sure how much longer I am supposed to wait for him...
