modding my pc for better cooling... need your suggestion

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for taking time to read this and mabe help me out.
Ok mabe you saw my other post, basicly im new to OCing, so change my mobo cus i could oc the old one (acer stoock) so no wi have a asus gene 2 with an i7 920 DO chip.
Pretty much before I start OCing I want to make sure my temps will stay low. because they were quite high. 39-41C idle and while gaming (BF3) a max of 75C.
So I decited to start customizing my case as acer put a million cables comming out from my psu ( 3 for a 3 card sli set up, 2 for 4 removable hard drives, 2 for optical drive and 1 extra power cable , Might be leaving out some, will take pics soon) and air flow was really poor. I actually think it had none because its stock liquid cooled and it had no intake fans. as my pc sits up 2cm form table i di d and intake fan on the bottom of my case, added a fan in the middle of case to blow on mobo and push heat toward exhaust fan, and added a pull fan on the outside of my case. temps dropped a bit idle was 37-41 (I say was cus spring is comming and house is geetting hotter so pc temps are too) and in gaming is were I saw the most I dont go above 61c with prime I will hit 65 with a max of 67 for short bits of time. nSo i was happy with tha, but now summer is comming so I want to make sure my temps will stay low even in summer.
I was thinking of :

-buying some delta fans and putting them on my radiator as a an exhaust fan (maybe in a push pull set up) Which I belive its better to have a fan controller because of the high amount the consume (read it on different place on the web) whats your opinion ?

- adding another exhaust fan on the top of my case

-swapp out my bottom intake fan for a better one (current is an artic f9, i dont think u have many of them in the US)

- eventually take out the card reader and put an intake fan or modify my case more to move my optical drives and put a front intake fan (I saw someones blog of their acer predator customization and it was sick, cant find the page any more)

so my question is the following. do you guys think that putting delta fans with high CFM will keep it cooler (dont care about the noise) or do you have any ideas for other high CGM fans? or any ideas to keep it cooler ? if I get deltas do I need a fan controller? will a new cooling set up ( thinking of a h80) keep temps lower? of should I go for air cooling?

my room temps in fall winter are around 18-19c im not sure on summer temps as I havent checked them. the other day it was pretty warm and temps in room were 22C so im guessing on a hot day in summer it will get up to 25 or so.

ok gotta go work frown.gif be back in 4 hours or so, will try to take pics of case and mods so that it will render the picture clearer...

I know cables are still a mess, but they are better than before for sure... I was thinking of making another hole in the side pannel and pull al those extra cables hidden away. Also planning on trying to pass other cables behind the side panel as well... Also once I find out how I want to set up everything Im going to paint the inside of the case mat black. this is my first everything, case mod, building, taking apart, modifying and in future ocing pc, so all comment, criticism and tips are more than welcome smile.gif
