My current one is a dcu I.
Can I expect double the noise (it being a dual fan cooler or are they pretty quiet)?

For quiet go with Asus, Msi or Gigabyte anything that is not reference design and it has 2 or 3 fans will be pretty much quiet.

My current 460i can't hear when around 25-30% (1800-2100 rpm).
When I'm gaming it becomes audible at around 45-50% above that it's loud as hell
