PWM free IPS displays,... and anyone has any experience with the Eizo EV2436WFS-BK

Hello,

I'm after a 24" IPS display for gaming and today I had a look at the Eizo Floris, with 23" slightly smaller but designed for gaming.
Unfortunately while testing I soon discovered I somehow noticed the screen/light flicker and it sttarted to hurt my eyes.

After doing some searching I found out other people have the same problem and it has to do with PWM.

In one post someone moved over to the Eizo EV2436WFS-BK which is PWM free.
Im just wondering if there are any other PWM free IPS monitors more suitable for gaming.

Thanks

Been looking for months for a list of monitors still sold without pwm. It absolutely kills my eyes so I am still using a very dated tn panel haha.

After trying 4 120hz panels, I gave up and went right back to my old Dell 2007 WFP. Let me know when u find one.

HP ZR2740W. Make sure you get one that's produced later than mid 2012 ( lighter AG coating ).

PWM free, full backlit LED and not edge lit =) Input lag is very minimal as well.

You can find it for well under $700 anywhere.

Is the HP ZR2740W good for gaming or is lag an issue? You think its better than de Dell u2713hm?
i think people missed that he wants a 23 or 24 inch.

Not necessarily. never really thought of going bigger because I thought 27 inch wasn't fast enough for gaming.

Do like the bigger size so if lag/response time isnt an issue I like to step up.

The question is what to get. the Dell u273hm or HP ZR2740W or something else?
Im not interested in the Korean displays everyone is going on about.

Dell Ultrasharp 29in. IPS widescreen (21:9).

Dell Ultrasharp 27in. IPS widescreen (16:9)

Both have no PWM.

I just picked up an LG 23EA63 and using my cell phone camera I was not able to notice any PWM at any brightness level. I know it's not scientific, but not noticeable to me at all.
