I have a close loop water cooling system, and it uses a 120 rad and 120 fan. I have used the rear fan controller for the nzxt and hooked my 120 fan with my rad up to it. I can control the fan speeds easily, however When i put my ear to the case and move the fan controller slider on the case up and down it makes a weird humming noise fora split seconds, almost like its changing voltage? It annoys me be cause the nzxt fans don't do this when i slide them up and down nothing but full speed to quietness as i slide the sliders down slowly. This other fan as i slide it down seems to change tone for a second. Is there an issue with my fan controller, or fan? Is this normal to hear something like that. Actually update it happens at lower rpm's like a small humming noise, but not at lowest or fullest speeds. Just in between.
