As i have been doing my homework on the best OC memory all i have noticed are people talking about 2G configs... Just want to make sure if i were to get 2x 512MB vs 2 1G does anything chage with OC`ing guidelines??

shouldn't change the overclocking rules, it's just that anymore 2G are starting to become something standard due to larger memory requirements of games and such.

it's somethign if you can spare the money you might as well unless you plan on upgrading to a ddr-2 motherboard sometime soon.

Also, note... the larger the memory size, the less chance of higher overclocks. The larger memory size means more places which a failure can occur which in turn limits your overclock.

The Muskin RedLines cost about $490... For about the less, you can get some OCZ:

thoght I've seen that's not always the case anymore. I could be wrong though.

but nothing else if you fill up your ram and start using virtual memory vs having enough ram to keep everything in the ram it doesn't matter what your overclock is. virtual memory sucks
