Any info on this 7970?

This card has really caught my interest: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127732

Apparently it's a new card that's been released only just recently. It's not a GHz Edition core (not Tahiti XT2) but it runs at GHz Edition core clock speeds (1050 Boost). Memory clock is still the standard 1375Mhz. No reviews on Newegg yet, and I can't find any professional reviews or much info about the card. Does anyone have one of these yet? I'm wondering:

What is the stock voltage?

Is it voltage locked?

Apparently it's "reference" but it's the newer 2.0 rev AMD reference board. Are there waterblocks for these?

Any word on how they overclock?

Its MSI, so its a good make, It has one of the best coolers on it. Think of it as a pre overclocked regular 7970. We cant give you much info on overclocking as it depends on the chip you get, but with that cool;er, temps won't limit you until you overvolt quite a bit

EDIT - Checked on the website, and yes it is unlocked

I'm surprised at how low it's priced. 409$ for a Twin Frozr is a good deal IMO assuming it's unlocked. Hell the MSI R7970OC was around 470$ last i checked at the egg. Seems it's the ghz edition with the stock clock at 1000mhz and boost at 1050mhz. Or so the specs say on the egg.

Those are the clocks but it's not "officially" a GHz Edition. While there's hardly any difference (if any at all), AMD makes a Tahiti XT core (clocked at 925MHz with voltage of either 1.05, 1.112, or 1.175) and a Tahiti XT2 core (clocked at 1000Mhz with voltage of 1.256). They're probably physically identical, it's just that the XT2 chips are binned to ensure they reach at least 1000Mhz. Anyway, it appears this card has a regular Tahiti XT core that MSI has factory over clocked to the XT2 clocks I don't see why else they would give it those clock speeds but not advertise it as a GHz Edition. The other thing is that the memory is clocked at the standard 1375Mhz (1500Mhz on Ghz Edition cards).

My hope is that it's a XT core running at GHz Edition (XT2) speeds but with regular XT voltage (probably 1.175). This leaves more headroom for overclocking as it needs less voltage for the same clocks that XT2 cards need, or a cooler running card if you are happy with stock clocks.

The fact that it's a supposedly reference PCB, even if it's rev 2.0, still makes it even better.

If all this is true, $410 is an amazing price, and I'm about to snag one.
