I'm going SLI soon with 2x7900GT's and just want to know whether my current PSU will be upto the job in terms of the 12v rails?

DC:
+3.3v = 32A
+5v = 60A
+12v1 = 19A
+12v2 = 19A

Your system should be fine with that PSU. Make sure your voltages are steady because JeanTech is not a top tier brand. Make sure the current ratings are the nominal and not the peak ratings.

According to specs it should work, but I don't trust brands I don't know/haven't been proven. there is no set standard way for psu companies to test/state specs so some psu manufactures post the absolute best their psu can output in a testing situation. real world performance is much worse
