yeah pimp my rig, well when my internet time is ran out on the stupid library computers, ill go home and attempt to fix it.

One other problem then. WHen the computer is on, sometimes the monitor will black out and just say "Frequency Out Of Range" or something like that. Could this be the same problem???

No thats something different, has to do with your settings for your graphics card, your monitor has a refresh rate could be like 60-80Hz and if it goes too high or too low that will give you an error message and cause problems, be careful not to change that. Best thing to do would be look on the manufacturers website or the owners manual and try to find out what it should be at.

Hmmm, not sure what It should be, think mine is like 65? not sure there is a way to check on most systems, if you right click your desktop>properties>settings>advanced>monitor> screen refresh rate I would just set it to auto if you can or if you can find out what it should be just set it manually.
