gtx titan - 1.2 volts unstable?

hey guys, i tried running my titan stock with a 1.2 voltage.

it turned tomb raider to this:

so naturally i turned it back to stock. does this mean my titan cant handle 1.2 voltage at all? i have been playing games for a few days now after that and doesnt seem like i broke the card or anything. it runs well.

i flashed it to the SC bios and it boosts to 1019 in stock voltage. i didnt great a very good card, but i dont know what steps to take to OC it now. if i cant change the voltage how much higher can i really push it?

p.s. the game looked sooo weird.. lara had cuts in her face, the models were all like michelin man.. the water was bright green... it was bad. too bad i wasnt quick enough to take a ss.

How far are you trying to push your Titan? I can clock it at 1136MHz core at standard clocks, which I feel is pretty good 15% overclock. My Titan isn't even that good, it only boosts to 979MHz on stock. You might be able to hit 1200MHz on stock voltages.

so i just clocked it to 1110 and it seems stable.

when i go higher, if it crashes on far cry 3, but on everything else its fine.. does that mean its unstable?
