Come to think of it this is the first keyboard that I've ever had this problem with. Other than that I really like this board.

It's most likely your desk...I had the same problem with my Filco. Had top sand some plastic bits off of it to have it sit flat on an uneven desk.

If it's actually the keyboard, I'd return it.

It's the keyboard. I tried it on my kitchen table, my coffee table, another desk and a couple of other surfaces and it's the same on each.

Yea, I'd probably bring that back to the store. If you ordered it, that will suck though...

Can someone tell me where corsair boards are manufactured in, and from which oem they come from.

Looking at the bottom row it looks like ione.

Most likely iOne. The other typical manufacturers/Distributors are Filco, which Cooler Master now uses, and something-star, which have telltale fat, large keys, which the CoolerMaster Storm Trigger and Razer BlackWidow use.

I'm going to bring it back tomorrow. Fortunately I didn't order it.

Edit: So I ended up just grabbing each affected corner of the board and twisting it. Now it's no longer wobbling. I don't recommend using all your might in case you break it and can't return it for those that may suffer from this problem and want to try this fix. Fortunately it's made well and the risk of damaging it is very low. The fact it's mostly made from aluminum helps also. Now to start enjoying it.
