ATI X1950XTX OC Drivers and Software

Thread Starter
I'm new to overclocking so bare with me if these questions are retarded:

Because I lock the PCI-X freqency in the bios before OC'ing the processor, does it matter which I OC first? GPU or CPU/MEM.

Also, should I not be using ATI's latest drivers for the 1950XTX ?

Which drivers/software utilities are best for OC'ing this card? I've tried looking it up, but seem to just read myself in circles.

Ok Well For overclocking it doesnt matter where you start first mate...Your preference.

The Latest Drivers especially for your Series of card will be best due to driver support at current.
Also dont be alarmed if you have issues with your card and some games...This is due to Poor driver support that is getting fixed.

When it comes to overclocking utilities ATI TOOL is the best here : http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/
