I thought this thread was going to be about using IDEs for programming with PHP and such, I've used Netbeans in the past for doing that.

My suggestion is Codelobster PHP Edition
It has very good autocomplete for PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and special support for JQuery.

Else, if you want an awesome with tons-features editor, try the Sublime Text 2. It has tons of packages and plugins for php, html5, css, that you will easily forget all you've been using before.

With sublime text 2 + package control, you won't need anything else. thumb.gif

+1 currently using Sublime 3, nicest editor ive used in 10 years!

Any editor can work for dynamic websites. I prefer to use Vim (with NERDtree, snipmate, surround, zencoding, ctrl+P, etc) and firebug/Firefox. That said, I'm currently trying out emacs (with EVIL for sane vi bindings and modal editing).

I'm also keeping a very close eye on brackets (a new open-source editor by adobe built using JS/CSS/HTML). It's preview mode and instant CSS editing aren't in any other editor I know of.
