So how are you guys getting such high number on the 8800GTS.

As soon as I go over 900 on the mem it is unstable. I'm new so if I'm missing a section in here were there is a guide, pls point me to it.

I'm stable at 625/900

Post your questions about OCing in the general Nvidia section, also try making sure your temps are not getting too high (I recommend RivaTuner).

I don't think it's that the card has reaches it's limit, cuz most can go much farther...

I would like to know the above question too. I am thinking of getting BFG 8800 GTX OC2 card. It says I need about 28A for the requirement. I have Enermax Noisetaker 600W powersupply Enermax Noisetaker 600W EG701AX-VE(W) (24p). I look at the box rating for the PSU here what it says

+5V: 34A
+3.3V: 34A

+12V1: 18A
+12V2: 18A
Together: 35A

-12V: 0.8A

+5Vsb: 2.5A

Total Power: 600W

My BFG 8800 GTX card takes two 6-pin PCI Express power connectors to run and a combined 12V current rating of 32A or more.. so make sure that you have those available!

OMG that guy on the VR Zone is crazy ! If anyone hasn't seen that yet checkout the first post and it's toward the bottom (8800gtx Volt mod) Liquid Nitro. And a brain of soldered wires running back and forth the thing. Also you can put me on the list on proud GTX owners if you like.
