Logitech G400s / G500s / G700s Review by Takasta - Page 7

I have had the G700s (w/ G19 kb) for a few months now and couldn't complain on the hardware really..
I used to rag on the software but figured out the color fading script for the G19 was slowing it down. G1 pauses the fade, so i do that now whenever i use the app...
And very unbiased review for the record. I don't really see you swimming in free products for posting such a mediocre write up, especially on here. Am I right?

Great review

Still to date my favourite mouse smile.gif

Bought the original mx518 way back in the day, i used that mouse for years without a single problem and i only upgraded once the G400 came out smile.gif.
That being said i wont be upgrading to the G400s as it really isnt anything major smile.gif

Any G500s users here that experiences the scroll automatically goes up even if the "hyperscroll" is disabled?

I think the answer is Yes, just as someone mentioned earlier in this thread.

And also from other review:

"By default, the wheel scrolls without much friction, almost indefinitely. Users can press a button to make it feel more like a traditional scroll wheel, but even then, it feels somewhat loose and imprecise."

Has the G400s any issue with colored mousepad?

I used this pad, and LOVE it! But, it used to bug when I move fastly over the white ak (using an old Zowie FK, which has 'almost' same sensor as G400s).

Do you think that if I send my G500s for RMA would fix the issue?

So there's no one setting that's native? As long as its multiples of 200 its native?
Yes, for 9800. For 9500 it's increments of 90, hence the steps on the Sensei raw for example.
