Is this your board? If not, please give me a link to the MSI site with your board as I can not find a 945P Neo2 2A1 model.

You might well have a chinese version board that is not released here. The boards that are released here do not have a PCI lock and as such will not allow for much of an overclock before instability comes about.

Your PCI bus is stock at 33Mhz. It becomes unstable at anything past 37Mhz and often less with boards such as MSI. The ratio is 200:33 as X:37 so the cross multiplication gives your maximum value to be 225Mhz FSB.

You say that 222 has issues so I would try with 220 and if stable, then you have basically reached your maximum overclock (Stably) with that board.

I found nothing as well...
2A1 is most likely the Bios version shipped with the motherboard...

And the version printed on the box will sometimes print the Bios version as part of the part number...have you owned an MSI board?
I have two and that's on the little white sticker next to the style.
I'm not gonna knock you...but you do post out of context sometimes.
I saw that he had a later BIOS revision...he could have been reffering to the serial on the actual motherboard as well.
Example:
On my K8N NEO4-F it just says K8N Neo-F Standard A10 (referring to the BIOS shipped with the board itself).
