First and foremost, let me say I've looked and read a lot of post about people having trouble and other peoples solution, however i cannot find a solution that will work for me. I have the fancy looking GUI as my bios and for the life of me i cannot figure out why 9 times out of 10 it will not let me change the multiplier. I can change the base core perfectly fine, but if i do that id overclock my RAM and will have to decrease my ram multiplier from x8 to x6 due to instability. Now... when i CAN change my multiplier, i'll save reboot, run a stress test for 5 mins everything seems fine, check CPU-Z, confirming the clock speed and i go back into my bios and check out the settings and BAM its back to the original value (x16). For reference I have 16 GB of RAM all 1600Hz and have decided to underclock em with a x6 multiplier to get 1333Hz and then increase the core clock to 225 (3.6Ghz, diddly squat) my voltage also seems to be locked, i tried the page down trick to get it to get out of auto but no luck.

Please if you have any video guide or step by step solution i can take that would be greatly appreciated.
Also mine does not have the 3D view thing so please don't recommend that. A format which would be most clear for me to udnerstand is something along the lines of
1) MIT -> Advance Frequency settings -> etc

Thank you in advance!
