Help, how to overclock a i5-3570k?

hi guys,i'm trying to overclock a i5-3570k motherboard asrock extreme 4 4x4Go DIMM1: Corsair XMS DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM and i think i'm ok but i don't understand why the only software not showing the same frequancy is cpuz ,look at the pic i joined to see what i'm talking about,if you can help me i'll appreciate thanks

CPUz is correct. Your CPU is not under load so as a power saving measure it has clocked itself down to 1600Mhz.
Put in under load by running Prime95 and you will see it running at 4400Mhz in CPUz.
