What the title says. The Thermalright is an older model (not that there has been massive innovation in fans in the last... century), a bit cheaper and is reviewed as giving good pressure and flow at low noise levels. The Gelid is more of an unknown. I haven't had much to do with the brand, but I don't want to be prejudiced. It's newer, PWM-enabled, which is nice, and has few reviews.

I'm mounting these vertically as case intake fans, so they're going on 140mm holes, behind dust filters. My priority is silence. Any thoughts welcome thumb.gif
