In the first two, the squeaking happened no matter what, the current unit only squeaks scrolling up. Even the buttons which squeaked varied between the first two that I returned.
Logitech mouses from mx300 to g400 uses the same exact mouse wheel system which tbh isnt all great. I wouldn't be surprised if they continued the latter. most people who are used to razer/steel/roccat mousewheel would complaint. I've stripped g1, g3, g5, g400 and a normal logitech desktop mouse, all using the same design. They do feel abit cranky but they do last very longEdited by digitally - 11/27/13 at 7:02am
