Build Log "Lilith AKA FireHawk" just starting "First Stage" New question in second post

Thread Starter

Good day friends,

It is this time of the year when I finally start getting parts and getting closer to put everything together.

I will introduce you to my new project (hopefully will be done with-in a month)

Why to go with such name:
Well, my usual naming of the cases are tided to the games I am currently playing
This year, it is Borderlands 1&2

Why choose CaseLabs Th-10:
Actually it happened in 24 hour before posting this thread, originally it was suppose to be Corsair 900d,
However due to wait time, I decided to scramble to 900d and use TH-10 instead

Why do u have one monstra instead of two:
Due to original idea of 900d, i was thinking modding it to have a reverse mobo, so i can put it on top in push/pull

Why an outdated hardware:
It is an ongoing process of 9 month total where I will be switching CPU, GPU, moving to hot storage of 2tb of SSD and cold storage of 4 tb of HDD
However, it is cost too much to get everything at ones...

Why use revers mobo:
I dont know where this came from, I guess to be different rolleyes.gif

What about lighting:
Well, originaly it was suppose to be 3 section lighting with front panel switches. Currently in progress of thinking what and how to do it

Reserved

So why this slot is reserved:
Well it is for me to ask a question biggrin.gif

Question 1
Is what white(solid) fan with low DBa would you suggest
I only came up with XIGMATEK XOF-F1251
So I decided to use Bitfenix Spectre Pro 120mm white, it is a bit noiser than XOF 1251, but I can't find them in Canada

Question 2
Will be, I am planing on doing both rads as in take in the back chamber(I guess left one for me) and put 4 fans upfront as exhaust
So problem is what i have is will I be suffocating them if to go with 4 xigmatek F1251 VS Rad in push pull top and bottom with 8 SP120
Side note, i did ordered a PSU Cover - Ventilated for the second PSU place (just in-case)

The idea also to make as low as possible noise

Question 3
Also i star looking for monitors
Since i wont a 3 way set up, I came to this monitor BenQ RL2450HT 24IN... I ma htinking this monitors, since i will be playing a lot of SC2 and BF4
and for the stand XFX Fxtristand Triple LCD Display Monitor Stand

any suggestions? comments?

it will be THE last product to buy so, there is a bunch of time ahead

Also by the end of this tread, I will have a small give away(random post number will be selected),
Nothing big, it is about $40 value(at least one item for now), and i will ship it to you (if you will agree to it)
it is just something is already left over, and I won't have any use for it.
Stay put =)

You still have time to plan things, that's what I'm doing. I took down old mountain mods case and now I'm on my laptop doing sketchups and planning loops. Helps when you have lots a things inside.

Probably should start new drawings of wc set up, found a dslr to ask from coworker, so this is good
On other side, some staff should arrive tmr from cold zero, and some canadian shop. New bitfenix recon, some new fans, sli bridge cover. Shold be interesting for fans to check out, sine they claim 6dba at sub 1000 rpm.
Had a crazy idea of a small fridge for pop inside a case went over 30 different designs for chamber. Problem is, planing to use a separate water loop for cooling, quite hard to manage. But looks i got a decent design on paper, so will start reading some info on that staff
