Well unfortunately the Only way to get files now is to Install an OS such as Linux or Windows on a different partition and go into that OS and get your files from the other partition.

Ok these are the following partitions:

-: Partition1 (FAT) 55MB (47MB Free)
C: Partition2 (NTFS) 149715MB (60795MB Free)
E: Partition3 (FAT32) 2816MB (1236 MB Free)

So to which one do I install XP to and which one do I delete?

Well The C partition looks to be the XP partition being that it is of NTFS format.

I would install XP on a free Partitino if possible...the E drive looks good.
