Huge input lag on mouse. - Page 2

Have you installed any controller drivers? Like a third party X-Box controller driver?
Also, have you tried the mouse in other USB ports?
And have you tried, with just your keyboard and mouse plugged in? As in, no other USB devices connected!

Check your DPC latency probably that is the case

dont install any drivers, only use microsoft download drivers, make sure your mouse is plugged into a standard usb port and not a 3.0

What OS are you using? Windows 8 and 8.1 have notorious problems with mouse lag.
As much as they claim to have fixed it, that OS still looks like one of those "things that should not be" to me.

only win 8.1... if you do have 8.1 you will have mouse lag on desktop and non "raw mouse input" games... this is the fix, kinda annoying but anyway https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QJTSuRQwCg

LOL wasn't 8.1 released because 8 has problems with games? Dude just look at the monster's interface, it spells trouble form miles away.
Before hijacking too much, OP if you're on win8, install 7. If you're on 7 you have a real problem.

I had no problems what so ever in win 8.1
All my mice ran at stable 1000hz just as in W7.

The update gets installed from windows update.

And no acceleration problems, input lag or low refreshrate for me in any games or windows.
Checked with latest mmr from markC comp and so on.

No Idea why people still have problems in w8.1 when they ran the updates.

No one I know have it anymore, nor did I.

Hate Modern UI and ribbon interface however so back to w7.
Could only tweak so much with like 15 tweaks.

I'm using 8.1 without any noticeable input lag. Everything seems to be working just fine. Mouse cursor acts exactly as I expect it too.
