volt modding my 7950 gt

ok i was thinking about pushing my 7950gt a lil harder if i volt mod it what are the cons? i heard of not doing them right could burn it out and bad overheating prob and if u have any info please let me know

Well Increasing the Volts can Increase the HEAT as a main Con..Howevr if you do it wrong im sure you could damage the PCB yes.
