4400+ Toledo Stepping and OC'ing

Hey guys!
I am having some problems finding the max of my CPU.
I just recently upgraded to the DFI Expert Board and am VERY pleased with it.
I want to find out the max for my CPU. It seems like I am not able to get it past 2.6 GHz everytime I get beyond that it won't boot. I don't know whats going on. I have the multiplier set at X10, (X11 is the highest) and my temps are just fine (28C). I don't know if I am doing something wrong or if I just have a bad OC'ing chip. Well here is what my CPU has written on it.

ADA4400DAA6CD
CCBWE 0609DPMW
1428017C60667

Any help would be appreciated. I thought that I could at least get it to 3.0
I am just trying to find the max my CPU can handle. Not my ram. Ram is clocked down to 100mhz just so I know it won't effect it at all.

not POSTIVE, but i know on opty's that CCBWE's will average around 2.7 GHz. also DFI boards run pretty agressive secondary timings straight from the factory. head over to www.dfistreet.com and see if you can find something to tweak your secondary memory settings.

huhmm is there maybe a chart that I can look at with all the 4400+ toledos or w/e. That would be cool. I for sure thought it could hit 3.0 dissapointing.
