im not really sure what you mean by copy the install files after a clean install. yea theres probably much better ways to do this, i just figured batch scripts are pretty easy and i understand them, but they dont really provide the functionality of other coding

when it comes time to run the executable, enter in the full (new) path. This is a very devious little tool you're working on (I like it). For bonus points, also learn the switches for the fahconsole so you don't have to enter anything and write an autoexec.ini

nope nope nope I changed my mind... instead of "start.. blah blah blah"

change the working directory with the cd command.

you were technically still working from the USB directory

Yeah, just put FAH504-Console.exe on your usb drive, along with a .bat file with the code:
Code:
@echo off
TITLE Starting F@H
MD C:\\WINDOWS\\Folding
COPY FAH504-Console.exe C:\\WINDOWS\\Folding
pause
cd C:\\WINDOWS\\Folding
start C:\\WINDOWS\\Folding\\FAH504-Console.exe
