what is this and what does it do, and what do you guys have it set to when you oc, does it ad any benefit,

and another one do you guys enable or disable vanderpool technology in your bios, is it a good thing to enable and how does it effect stability

or any info guys/gals

Asus C.G.I (Cross Graphics Impeller) is for enhancing preformance for 2 crossfire GPU's. It has to do with communication between the Northbridge and Southbridge. I think it's only on the P965 chipsets, because 975x is "crossfire ready" Basically, all this means is happier detection for Crossfire cards, and their drivers. Enable it if you use crossfire, otherwise ignore it.

As for VT (Virtualization/Vanderpool Technology), is like HT on the old Intel processors (kinda). It allows for multiple OSes on seperate partitions without the need of additional hardware. It's also dubs as a virus and spyware protection technology (the latter is probably marketing BS). It shouldn't hurt your OC, nor would it help it. I turn mine off though.
