So i was searching the web for a cheaper WoW game card and i came across go2arena which has a -20% offer on them , has anyone else bought any game code from them? How do they actually provide you with the code , via email? Are they legit?

After i found the site i tried to purchase Starcraft 2 Heart of the swarm, after the payment was successful i was surprised by an email saying it nothing more then "Sorry your payment was rejected" the fees were still paid of course,
i figured my card wasn't good enough for them, so i went out of my way to get a different card, after trying to buy the game again today, i got the same result, again a very short message saying the payment was rejected, again the fees were still charged
After trying the live chat option, all the representative was saying is it's automatic and i won't be able to buy because i'm getting a high score there your security system.

In light of me being charged twice with fees, and inlight the fact you have now the information of both my cards i demanded answers, why were my payments rejected? the live chat told me that i'm not a person/client they want to have business with, and that i'm a fraud! and the next reply was banning me, for trying to understand what went wrong.

Not a company i want to have business with.

Tried to get myself Dark Souls today... Changed my name to John Doe.

Hubert
Hello John Doe. How may I help you?

you got disconnected?

John Doe
No, I was looking for Marcin.

Not personal, I've been talking to him for more than 2 hours.

Hubert
ohh

He is not at work anymore at this hour

John Doe
Fine, I'll explain.

My first order didn't go through. Lost 0.18 euro. He e-mailed the IT department. I waited 2 hours. I also changed my address and name to the exact letter as that in my Paypal account. IT e-mailed back and said they made some tweaks and Taiwan is not a safe country to receive funds from, but because of the tweaks my order should go through. Tried a second time, got rejected again. Lost another 0.18 euro.

Wasted more than 3 hours.

Hubert
I can give you the common issues list unless Marcin already gave it to you

John Doe
You are Marcin aren't you.

Hubert
No I am not :|

John Doe
Is this website even legitimate?

Hubert
Yes it is thousands of customers , support 24/7

John Doe
I lost 0.36 euro since I came to this site and I got no game to show for it.

Said there was 1 customer in the queue.

Hubert
just look o nthe comments section main page

John Doe
That's all editable, especially for those looking to make money.

Hubert
If you are suspecting conspiracy I can tell you its not here

:|

John Doe
That's fine. All I am telling you is that I payed your company 0.36 euro and I got nothing but wasted time.

Please call your IT department.

Hubert
I am sorry to hear this remember that this is automated security system that each customer must pass on his/her own

John Doe
Ask them what is going on and why my order was rejected.

Are you serious? You don't think there is anything wrong with taking money from your customers without giving anything back to them? A decent company would refund that transaction fee back to them.

From their own wallet.

Hubert
This is banking/operator's fee not ours we didnt take any of this

John Doe
That's nice, I pity the fools that believe that nonsense.

What are we doing here arguing about this anyway?

Aren't you supposed to ask me for my order number and help me?

Hubert
If it has been closed and rejected as you explicitly stated there is nothing more I can do with such an order.

John Doe
What are you talking about. You can call or e-mail your IT department and tell them that their tweaks did not work and ask them what is going on.

In the end I got no game and lost money. It wasn't a lot of money, but it's the principle of it. There was no disclaimer telling me I would not receive my payment processing fee if an error was to occur in the go2arena payment process. I lost money because of their payment system and I still got no game for it. The money was sent by me twice, but they rejected it and refunded it. I had the money; I did everything right. I even changed my name and address to the exact letter as that in my PayPal account for their system. I still lost 0.36 euro. As far as I can tell, the correct path for a company would be to refund this processing fee back to their customers or handle it by themselves in the first place. What a waste of time.

It may not have been a lot of money for you but think in numbers, I put 1p's and 2p's in a jar and over a year that can add up to £150-£200 and that is just 1 person, now put that in to a couple of 100 and the exchange rate from Euro to Taiwan Dollar and it mounts up 1 euro is 39 TWD

YMMV, but I used CD Key Express, and received what I bought in a timely manner. Reviews looked ok, so I went for it. They may or may not have an hours of operations so check that before you order and assume you were scammed. Once again, your mileage may vary.

I bought a key for F1 2013. Received a key for a football game. It was obvious from the scanned copy. Spoke with their customer representative and he acknowledge it was the wrong key.
Then said it'd take 72 hours for the problem to be assessed.
Talk about half assed customer service.
I probably won't even get any key neither a refund because i'm writing this but i don't care.

There are lots of other sellers. Go with one of them instead.
You've been warned.
